At Sharply, the goal is simple — your tools should come back noticeably sharper and more enjoyable to use. If you’re not satisfied with the sharpness of an item during the visit, I will happily re-sharpen it once at no additional cost. I take pride in doing careful, quality work and want every customer to walk away confident their tools are performing better than when they started.

If you are unsatisfied with your knives or tools upon return, please let me know within 7 days and I will happily resharpen them once at no additional cost.

If you are still unsatisfied, I can offer a full refund and a sincere apology, as long as you let me know within 7 days.
