After years of working with dull blades in kitchens and workshops ​as an ex-chef, woodworker and home DIYer, I realised that sharp tools make every task safer and more enjoyable.

As a young chef, I enjoyed learning to sharpen and maintain my own knives with whetstones, however found a high degree of technique was needed and the results were inconsistent. 

More recently, I began researching ways to ensure an excellent outcome with every tool, every time, and have invested in high quality professional equipment to achieve this. 

Now, I'm proud to offer locals across the North East a service which guarantees a sharper-than-new outcome every time.
