All other knives up to 30cm (including chef knives, Japanese knives, bread knives, hunting knives and most standard kitchen blades) - $13 each
Standard sharpening restores a clean, precise working edge.
Significant chips, broken tips, or major reprofiling will be quoted before work begins.
Very large or specialty blades may require prior confirmation.
